Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Printable Coloring World processes as little data as possible. You don’t need an account, there are no forms and no newsletter, and we don’t use cookies for analytics or advertising. This policy explains exactly what data is still processed.

Who is responsible for your data

Dieter Maes, a sole proprietor based in Belgium (European Union), is the data controller:
Dieter Maes
Godveerdegemstraat 70
9620 Zottegem
Belgium
Enterprise number 0802.279.575 (Crossroads Bank for Enterprises, Belgium)
Email: dietermaes767@hotmail.be

Because the publisher is established in the EU, this website follows the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), whichever country you visit from.

What data we process and why

1. Visitor statistics. To see which coloring pages are popular, we count visits with software that runs on our own server. It records the page you visit, the page you came from, your browser, and the type of device. Your IP address is made unrecognizable (hashed) before it is stored. No cookies are used and no data is sent to outside services. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

2. Server logs. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps technical logs (including IP address, time, and the page requested) to keep the website secure and available. Hostinger acts as a data processor on our behalf. Legal basis: legitimate interest in security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Email. If you email us, we use your name, email address, and message only to reply to you. We keep your email for no longer than one year after your question has been handled. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your message (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies

This website does not place any cookies on visitors’ devices that require consent. Read more in our Cookie Policy.

Who receives your data

We never sell or rent your data. It is only shared with service providers we need to run the website (our hosting provider) and with Microsoft’s email service (Outlook), where our mailbox is hosted. Microsoft may also process data outside the European Union; that transfer relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We only share data with anyone else if the law requires us to.

Children

Our coloring pages are made for kids, but we never ask them for personal information. Kids under 13 should only write to us together with a parent or guardian.

Visitors from the United States

Children’s privacy (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. There are no accounts, forms, comments, or chat features on this website. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has sent us personal information, for example in an email, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

California and other US state privacy laws. We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA) and similar state laws, and we do not use personal information for targeted advertising. Because we don’t track visitors, there is nothing to opt out of; we also respect Global Privacy Control signals. Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you or ask us to delete it, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Email us at dietermaes767@hotmail.be. We will reply within one month.

If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be) or with the data protection authority in your own country, such as the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the United Kingdom.

Changes

If the website changes, for example because we start showing ads, we will update this policy. We will ask for your permission before placing any cookies that require consent. The date at the top shows when this policy was last updated.
